MASTERY OF VOLUNTEER COORDINATION!
Volunteer management training based on the original program of the Ukrainian Volunteer Service. The training takes place in two formats: three-day training and themed workshops.
The Volunteer Management Training is a program that aims to provide knowledge and skills that allow you to build effective volunteer teams while achieving the goals of your project or organization. Duration of the training: 24 training hours.
The Volunteer Management Workshop is a themed event that introduces participants to different ways of implementing one of the stages of volunteer management: recruiting, adaptation, motivation, or volunteer support. Duration of the workshop: 4 hours.

HOW DOES THE TRAINING WORK?
We gather teams of 20 representatives of community initiatives for a three-day training, where experienced coaches guide participants to try out volunteer management tools as effectively as possible. During the training, participants get acquainted with the volunteer management cycle and practices of attracting, coordinating, supporting, and maintaining volunteer motivation.
