A comprehensive approach: you will attend three training modules. In the inter-module periods, you will be assigned mandatory homework that will help you strengthen your work with volunteers in your organizations.
The course is over
In times of war, thousands of volunteers join in the joint assistance through various organizations. For the second year in a row, the issue of volunteer burnout and the decline in the number of volunteers has been a hot topic in the public space. This course was developed by the Ukrainian Volunteer Service in cooperation with the Institute of Leadership and Management of the Ukrainian Catholic University to strengthen the largest NGOs and teach them how to work with volunteers in a quality manner, preventing bias against volunteering.
Volunteer management is a set of tools that includes attracting, adapting, motivating, and supporting volunteers.
Whom are we looking for?

Volunteer coordinators from non-governmental organizations and charitable foundations. Thanks to the course, you will gain knowledge that you can immediately put into practice to develop your organization.

COURSE FEATURES
Practical orientation: teachers will help you master a set of volunteer management tools. The last module involves defending an individual project — a volunteer program for your organization.
Worldview foundation: thanks to the leadership meetings, your perception of volunteering will expand, because volunteering is not only a tool to support the organization, but also a component of a sustainable democratic society.
