RESILIENCE FACTORS – EP 2 – BOUND: SUPPORTING THOSE WHO ARE WAITING

In this episode, we talk about the connection between resilience and the body, personal life hacks, and observations about ourselves and the volunteers around us. We also discuss finding your environment, your people, and psychology in different aspects: “You have to be guided by your needs: if I want to be heard, then it makes sense for me to speak up.”

Resilience is what holds us together like duct tape despite tiredness or lack of energy. We decided to rediscover it in people around us and share it with you. During the All-Ukrainian Forum of Volunteer Resilience, we recorded seven episodes of the traveling podcast Resilience Factors with open conversations about the inner strength of volunteers and their sources in their continuous work. The podcast is hosted by Natalia Kalantayenko, Head of Partnerships at the Ukrainian Volunteer Service.
