RESILIENCE FACTORS – EP 3 – NAYA NOVAK: EMOTIONAL SUPPORT FOR THOSE WHO PROVIDE HELP
Since February 24, almost every Ukrainian has been involved in supporting the military. Fundraising, purchasing drones, and learning about different types of tourniquets are now part of our daily lives. Meanwhile, providing support to the military requires speed and resilience. Naya Novak, a volunteer who helps the Armed Forces of Ukraine, shared with us how to support yourself and others in this environment.

Resilience is what holds us together like duct tape despite tiredness or lack of energy. We decided to rediscover it in people around us and share it with you. During the All-Ukrainian Forum of Volunteer Resilience, we recorded seven episodes of the traveling podcast Resilience Factors with open conversations about the inner strength of volunteers and their sources in their continuous work. The podcast is hosted by Natalia Kalantayenko, Head of Partnerships at the Ukrainian Volunteer Service.
